Lynn Homes, LLC brings three generations of experience to Southern Indiana residents who are seeking a quality home in any price range. The Lynn family has been in the construction business since Herbert Zurschmeide, who passed away in 2003, first founded a construction and development company. Then in 1972, Robert Lynn, Herbert Zurschmeide's son-in-law, began a career on residential development and home building in the Southern Indiana area. Now the third generation, Danny Lynn (Robert Lynn's son) and Scott Thomas (Robert Lynn's son-in-law), represent Lynn Homes, LLC.

Lynn Homes, LLC operates as a single family residential builder, while Robert Lynn Company is devoted to residential and commercial development. Both companies collectively comprise LTL Developers whereby Danny and Scott are learning the residential development trade from Robert Lynn's tutelage.

Lynn Homes, LLC is currently building in all price ranges and is presently working on two unique types of residential developments:

- Quality three and four bedroom homes affordably priced from $109,900. These "starter" home developments have a neighboorhood feel with a variety of home styles to suit the needs and desires of all families.

- Executive patio homes catering to buyers seeking low maintenence and secure surroundings.

Three starter home communities being built by Lynn Homes, LLC include:
- Glenwood Springs located off St. Joseph Road in New Albany;
- Liberty Pointe on Woodlawn Drive across from Northhaven in Jeffersonville; and,
- Meyer Manor located off Charlestown Road near Hamburg

Two patio home communities being built by Lynn Homes, LLC include:
- The Gardens of Crystal Springs located near New Chapel Road in Jeffersonville; and,
- Regency Villas located off Charlestown Road near Meyer Manor.

- Ashley Springs, located off Highway 403 in Clark County. Homes are priced between $140,000 and $200,000.
- Crestwood Manor, located off Brush College Road in Floyds Knobs, features executive homes in the $230,000 to $400,000 price range. Crestwood Manor was the site of Home Show 2004.
- The Villages of Crystal Springs, located near Near Chapel Road in Jeffersonville. Homes are priced from $140,000 to $200,000.
- Silver Glade Estates, located off Highway 31 in Sellersburg, features homes in the $140,000's to $190,000's price range.

The Lynn family members are all active in the Building Trade Association of Southern Indiana (BTASI). The BTASI, founded by Robert Lynn, is an organization comprised of builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, and real estate firms that work in conjunction with municipalities on issues related to real estate and development. Scott Thomas served as the President of the BTASI in its inaugural year. The origination is unique in that it does not only represent builders, but it represents all phases of the building trade community.

Over the years the Lynn family has won numerous awards in Home Show presentations including: Best of Show, Best Kitchen, Best Bath, and Best Landscaping.
